Pay your 2024 Subscription
Subscriptions are due from 1st january each year. You may pay your annual subscription online by using your debit or credit card. Our subscription is £2.50 per annum + 20p payment processing fee. If you are able to make an additional donation it would be very much appreciated.

Anyone wanting to pay their subscription of £2.50 (no payment processing fee) can do so via Bank Transfer. Details are as follows:

Reference: The payment reference is vital - your name won’t suffice- and will allow ARA to correctly identify the payee, so please use your House No/Name and the second part of your Postcode, for example ‘Thistledome 2ES’ or '6A 1AR'.
Standing Orders should ideally be dated 1st February so, if we are beyond that date this year, please request an immediate payment and then set up the S.O. for annual payment w.e.f 1st February next year.
By joining Ashtead Residents Association, you are agreeing to it holding the following information digitally: Name, Address, no. of Adults per household, email address & subscription payment details. This will be held for 4 years. Only the Standing Committee and relevant Road Steward will have access to the information.
