Each year the Friends of the Surgery (PPG) send out a survey to learn more about your experience as patients of St Stephen’s House Surgery and what you would like us to raise with the Surgery.

As you will have seen in the September 2024 newsletter the Practice have already implemented some of the key points raised last year, and others are a work in progress.
