We experimented with having an 0300 telephone number in order that residents could contact us and leave a message. This facility was rarely used though we did receive some calls from misdialled enquiries from a Care Home in Dudley! Apparently our number was one digit different to their emergency care alarm company!

The Committee have decided that the monthly cost of the 0300 telephone number far outweighed the minimal benefit it gave to members and we have therefore terminated this contract.

Instead, we have allocated a direct email address to every member of the Committee plus direct emails to the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. These can be viewing by visiting the ARA Officers & Committee page on this web site.
