Landslip closes railway to Guildford
Due to a landslip, the rail line between Effingham and Guildford will be closed for emergency engineering works. In August 2023 the Residents' Association started a campaign to improve the Town Path from Links Road to the "Green Lane" pedestrian rail crossing.
